    (好多香港人掃到肩膊嗰陣,肩膊自己「嘭」一聲跌咗落嚟,超爽)

    - 第二個3分鐘:數今日三樣「唔錯嘅嘢」
    喺心入面數今日三樣令你覺得「幾好」嘅小事,越細越好:  
    例如:  
    - 朝朝杯咖啡好香好正  
    - 今日天氣唔熱,有啲涼風好舒服  
    - 有人幫我㩒住電梯,唔使等  
    - 食到個飯好夠味  
    - 搭地鐵有位坐…  

    數嗰陣記住由心微笑,呢步會逼你個腦即刻出多咗血清素同催產素,直接同皮質醇打對台,壓力即刻跌。

    - 第三個3分鐘:將聽日嘅嘢全部丟出去
    喺心入面或者細聲講:  
    「聽日嘅事聽日再理,而家嘅我淨係要瞓得好覺。」  

    重複 5–10 次,慢慢講,聲音越慢越好,好似催眠咁。  
    講到「報告未寫完」「聽朝要早起身」「個客好麻煩」全部喺腦外排隊,就唔准佢哋入腦!

    做完呢個 3-3-3,十居其九當晚秒睡,半夜都唔易醒。  

  • 10分鐘冥想放空 →  聽住聽住Chill & Relax 嘅純音樂→成個頭放鬆晒

  1. 5-minute “fingertip rain” scalp massage
    → Massage from your hairline to the back of your head and behind the ears, circling each area for 30 seconds

  • Third 3: Let tomorrow’s worries go
    Say in your mind, or softly, “Let’s deal with tomorrow’s stuff tomorrow. For now, I just want a good night’s sleep.”
    Repeat slowly 5–10 times, like self-hypnosis—imagine tossing “the report’s not done,” “waking up early,” “the tricky client” outside your mind. Tonight, they can wait!

Do all of 3-3-3 and, honestly, you’ll likely fall asleep fast and sleep through the night.

  1. 10 minutes of chill-out meditation—put on soothing music, relax your whole head.

Real-life stories:
