Formation of Contract
23. The information set outin the T&C and details in this Website only constitutes an invitation totreat. The contract between you andAurora Hair and Skin Care (“Contract”) only exists when your order hasbeen accepted by us, as evidenced by your receipt of an acceptance email (“AcceptanceEmail”)from us. The Acceptance Email will indicate that the products arebeing delivered, and include a tracking number for your reference.
24. If you wish to place anorder with us, you must fill in the order form as provided in thisWebsite.
Price and Payment
25. Prices displayed on thisWebsite are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), and are exclusive of applicablesales taxes (if any), and do not include any applicable delivery fees. Delivery fees (if any) will be charged andwill be included in the total amount upon checkout.
26. Purchases can be madeusing a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal. Credit card payments are subject toverification and authorization by the card issuer. No products shall be delivered unless anduntil the credit card payments are authorized by the card issuer.
Delivery
27. The products displayedon this Website can be ordered and delivered within Hong Kong SAR only.
28. A “delivery” shall take place as soon as you or a third party indicatedby you acquires physical possession of the products, as evidenced by thesigning of the receipt of the order at your chosen delivery location.
Returns, Exchanges andRefund
29. All returns andexchanges are subject to a 7-day return and exchange policy upon delivery ofproducts, subject to the following:
i. Theproduct must be in its original purchase condition (i.e packaging must besealed, unopened, unused, and unmarked);

iii. Deliveryfee (if any) associated with the return of the product(s) shall be borne by youabsolutely.
30. Clause 29 does not applyto products which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
31. Clause 29 applies onlyto incorrect and damaged products and return of such products must be madewithin 7 days upon receipt of the said products, and must be made viacompleting the return form provided in this Website. The following informationmust be filled in:
i. Selectthe issue as “Incorrect Product” or “Damaged Product”;
ii. Name(s)of the incorrect/damaged product(s) received;
iii. OrderNumber; and
iv. Image(s)of the product(s) received.
32. We have the right torefuse or cancel orders placed, including but without limitation to, orderswhere product(s) is listed at an incorrect price. If you have already made a payment regardingthe purchase order in question and the order is cancelled, we will issue acredit to your credit card/PayPal account.

iv. Inability to use trains, motorized transport; or
v. Acts, legislation, regulations or restrictions ofany government or public authority.
Waiver
43. Any failure by Aurora Hair and Skin Care in enforcing any of the T&Cshall not constitute a waiver of the T&C. Such failure shall not affect our right to enforce any of the T&C inthe future.
Entire Agreement
44. The T&C, together with the Contract, constitute the entire agreementbetween you and Aurora Hair and Skin Care, and supersedes all previous writtenor oral agreements, warranties, representations and undertakings between youand Aurora Hair and Skin Care.
Third Party Rights
45. A person or entity who is not a party to the T&C shall have no rightunder the Hong Kong Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforceany of the T&C.
Governinglaw and forum
46. The T&C shall begoverned by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong KongSpecial Administrative Region. Anydispute directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the T&C orthis Website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong SpecialAdministrative Region.
